Passion en rouge et noir II

20$

This symphonic journey starts with España, Rhapsody for orchestra by Emmanuel Chabrier, inspired by the exoticism and the colors of Spanish folklore. Along the way we pause, gently rocked by the soft waves of the Poeme op. 25 for violin and orchestra by Ernest Chausson, interpreted by Jean-Yves Chevrolat. The winds pick up and carry us to the New World, along the shores of the land of Tango. Vanguard and sophisticated, Ástor Piazzolla carries us away with his Tangazo for orchestra. Then, the country fresh air calls to us irresistibly and we are entranced by Alberto Ginastera’s Pampeana No 3, before the Mexican composer Arturo Marquez thrills our senses with the syncopated rhythms of Cuba in his Danzón No 2 for Orchestra.
